How much do custom bucket hats cost?

The short answer
Decoration is fixed by quantity. The blank is quoted per job because bucket, dad and 5-panel blank prices move with the maker, the color and the warehouse. We quote the blank the same business day you ask, and the decoration numbers below do not change.

What the blank adds
Our site rule: when the supplier cost is under $10 the blank is listed at two times cost; at $10 and up it is cost plus 35 percent. That rule is applied to the live supplier price when we quote. As a reference with a known blank, a Richardson 112 trucker is $13.50 and lands at $20.50 embroidered at 24, $20.00 at 48 and $18.50 at 144. Expect a cotton Decky bucket to quote in the same general band; a terry or ripstop bucket runs higher.

No hard minimum for embroidery or leather patch. The 12-23 tier is the starting price.
Why do you not list the blank price for bucket hats?
Bucket, dad and 5-panel blank prices change with maker, color and warehouse more often than trucker blanks do. We quote the current number the same business day instead of listing a stale one.
Does the price include shipping?
No. Shipping is quoted per destination with the quote. We ship nationwide from Yerington, NV.
